I should say something meaningful about life, or meloncoly about love...but all i really have to say is..i love the color orange..its my favorite color because its bright and mysterious at the same time

Q: Is it alright to post a pick that you altered that's by someone else IF you say who did the origional? I have avatars on my computer that are alterations of pic.s on Advancedanime.com ond all I did was cut some off and make it a 50x50 pixal pic. Can I upload those Avatars if I say where the origional is from and give the origional the full credit? please answer.... It's not plagerizing if you say where It's from...... I'd take no credit for the pic.... just for turning it into an avatar...... please answer....
